The authors

Acero was created when Raúl was working in London and discovered all the possibilities offered by well-prepared street food. Together with his brother David, they opened a small restaurant in El Born, where they prepared signature sandwiches from all over the world, which is where the current Acero Street Flavours offering was created. In the workshop, they confit the onion or prepare the slightly spicy secret tomato sauce for their patatas bravas for hours, which makes their menu a true slow-cooked proposal for a quick meal. That's why they have won the awards for the best burger in Barcelona from BestBurgerBcn en 2019, 2020 y 2022.
